Ever since the firm started back in 2000 Markitecture’s leadership has been committed to hiring the highest caliber, innovation driven employees.

Javier Flaim, CEO, brings over 15 years of marketing strategy experience, specializing in launching and repositioning new products and brands through multi-channel communications. At Markitecture, Javier has been involved with overseeing and managing multiple new product and strategic consulting engagements for clients such BusinessWeek, International Paper, Eastman Chemical, Cuisinart, Chicago White Sox and Investools.

Luisa Uriarte, Partner is responsible for managing and overseeing strategic projects and accounts at Markitecture. She has nearly 20 years of experience in managing research and consulting projects of international scope, covering more than thirty countries worldwide.
